Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Poly Desk, operated by Jayson, a sole proprietor based in Arizona, USA.

1. Service

Poly Desk creates a 60–90 second 1080p MP4 listing video from photos the customer provides. The service uses an image-to-video AI model to animate each photo, then edits the shots in tour order with crossfades.

2. Ordering

To place an order, email [email protected] with your listing photos or your listing URL. An invoice is sent through Stripe. Payment must be completed before video production begins.

3. Customer responsibilities

You must own or have the rights to all photos you submit. You agree not to submit unlawful or infringing content. You are responsible for providing usable photos and a correct delivery email address.

4. Delivery

Delivery is within 24 hours after payment and receipt of usable photos, subject to technical availability. The video is delivered as an MP4 download link by email. Poly Desk is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address or unusable source photos.

5. Payment

Prices are $49 per listing video and $29 for your first video. There is no subscription. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card details are not collected or stored by Poly Desk.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poly Desk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the video. Poly Desk does not guarantee any particular marketing result.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
