Refund Policy

Because each video is made to order, refunds are available only when the delivered video is not usable.
When a refund is available
- If the MP4 file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.
- If the delivered video does not match the photos you sent.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Describe the issue. If the problem is confirmed, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
When a refund is not available
- Change of mind after the video has been made.
- Issues caused by source photos being low resolution, watermarked, or otherwise unusable.
