You do not pay to see the site

The rebuild is done before any money changes hands. You see the finished pages on a real address, on your own phone. If you do not want it, you simply do not go ahead, and there is nothing to refund.

The build and first month

If the live site is not what we described — the pages are wrong, the details are wrong, or it does not do one of the things listed in the pricing section — tell us within 14 days of it going live. We will fix it, or refund the $599 build fee and that month's hosting in full, your choice. You do not have to argue for it.

After that

Hosting is billed monthly and is not refunded for a month that has already run, because the site was online for it. What you can always do is cancel: no notice period, no fee, and no further charge. Hosting stops at the end of the month you have paid for.

If we caused an outage

If your site is down because of something on our side for more than 24 hours in a billing month, that month is refunded whether or not you ask.

If a payment was taken twice

Email us the date and the amount. Duplicate charges are refunded in full, normally the same working day.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or reply to any invoice. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, usually within five working days.
