Your email address is used only to communicate with you about your order. Your listing photos are used only to create your listing video. Photos are not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.

Payment

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card details never reach Poly Desk. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking.

Retention

Emails and order correspondence are retained as needed for business records. Listing photos are retained only as needed to complete the order and handle any refund or support request.
