What we collect
When you ask for a preview through the form on the homepage, we receive what you type: your business name, your email address, your current website if you give it, the type of business, and anything in the note. If you email us, we receive that email. If you become a customer, Stripe sends us your name, address and billing status — never your card number.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not embed a third-party analytics script, and we do not build a profile of what you read on this site.
Why we have it
- To reply to you and send the preview you asked for.
- To bill you, if you become a customer, and to keep the site online.
- To tell you if something about your site needs attention.
We do not sell your details, and we do not rent a list to anyone. If we ever stop working on your site, your details do not become someone else's asset.
Who else sees it
A short list, all of them processors rather than owners of the data:
- Resend — delivers the emails we send you.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of this site and routes mail for the domain.
- Stripe — takes payments and holds card details. We never receive a card number.
- Our own servers — store your lead and your site.
We will also hand over data if a court orders us to, and we would tell you unless we are barred from doing so.
How long we keep it
Leads that do not become customers are deleted after 24 months. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will do it within 30 days and confirm by email. Customer records are kept while the site is hosted and for the period our accountant requires afterwards.
What you can ask for
Email [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for advertising and no cookies for analytics. If you log in to a customer area in future, that will use one cookie to keep you signed in, and this page will say so before it happens.
Children
This is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
